Its all paper talk so there is nothing to declare no interest in. Its like me saying I am not interested in becoming Huddersfield manager - all they would do is then say who do you think you are? we arent interested in talking to you about the job anyway. |

Remember when there was a rumour to take the Hull Defender, he was quick to say he had no interest even though the rumour was not started by him. He could have done the same and remained silent. He could say something like "don't know where the rumour has come from, but I don't care as I am happy and staying here" The fact that he has not said that worries me, I hope I am wrong. |

Where as he is top of the league with current club where he has job security for some time if nothing else. Also if he does get Scunny promoted, which I would like to think he has more chance of doing with us than the Terriers this season, it would open up much more attractive job opportunities I would expect. Fair point Rainman. He could just deny it but maybe its giving something to occupy the media with so he can concentrate on the football. Also as you say Son_Im_30 it wouldnt mean much even if he did deny it. Lets all worry about the controllables, take it one game at a time and do ever so well. |
