Any thoughts on a starting line-up would be good to see, who would you have in the 11?who have been the stand-out players in recent weeks?and what do you think will be the end result here at Prenton Park? |

Iriekpen remains at centre half for the Iron as manager Nigel Adkins keeps faith in his colossal skipper. |

The atmosphere is terrible in here, I can hear a pin drop...in Liverpool! Mark Wilson, born in Scunthorpe, is playing for Rovers after a spell at Man Utd. He didn't make the grade at the Iron as a youngster but did at Man Utd...how does that work? |

A succession of free-kicks is making for a strange game that hasn't got up and running yet. Everyone is industrious in their work rate but Hayes and Hooper have precious little to feed off up top. And no sooner had i sad that but Tranmere score in the 40th minute as Eddie Sonko breaks clear to chip the on rushing Murphy. 1-0 to the hosts. |

This has been a poor performance from the Iron and a lot more is needed to even make an impact on a desperately below-par game. The only difference between the two is that Rovers are the better of a bad bunch. Much better second half please would be the polite words being ushered in the dressing room right now by manager Nigel Adkins. |
